It used to be tough to find fresh produce in The Keys. Not anymore! Our food is produced “Clean and Green” creating the smallest possible ecological footprint.  We grow approximately 1,000 plants and over 10,000 seedlings at our farm.  Growing these crops in the ground would use between a third and half an acre and ten times more water! 

We grow a variety of lettuces, herbs and greens, and from time to time we have other vegetables like cucumbers, peppers and tomatoes too. Our fresh produce is available to purchase directly from our farm in The Florida Keys.  We pick it as you wait!
